Brad Resnick

Brad has spent his entire career in private equity working with middle-market businesses across a range of industries to execute their growth strategy.  Prior to founding Aeonic Partners, Brad spent over 10 years at The Riverside Company.  During his time at Riverside, Brad completed 10 platform investments and 19 add-ons to those investments, serving on seven portfolio company boards.  Brad served as the Head of Riverside’s Business Services specialization, responsible for developing and executing firmwide strategies within this sector as well as monitoring industry trends and investment themes.  Prior to joining Riverside, Brad was an analyst with Comvest Partners where he focused on healthcare and business services control and growth equity investments.  Brad earned his B.S. from Cornell University.

Ian Slome is President of Slome Capital LLC, a family investment office with operations in the United States, Canada and South Africa that commenced operations in 1987. Investments are focused on Listed Securities, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds and Operating Businesses. Mr. Slome received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Witwatersrand (Johannesburg) and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. He was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa and has lived New York since 1985.

Mark Bertolami

Mark Bertolami is a seasoned operating executive who has spent his career building, growing and turning around global businesses in technology-oriented consumer products for leading Consumer Products Companies including Kraft, Duracell, Gillette, and Procter & Gamble.  He has experience in both B2C and B2B and has run businesses ranging in size from $5MM to $2.5B most recently as President of Procter & Gamble’s Global Portable Power (Duracell) Business and Chairman of the Board of China Battery Holdings – a majority owned joint venture. In addition to his work with Aenoic Parters, he currently serves on the board of Acumentrics Holdings – a privately held Ruggedized UPS company and as an advisor to Ionic Materials – a Kleiner Perkins portfolio company.
